"I have been having problems with my emails recently and desperately needed them to be organised and sorted.
I asked Eddie of Your Computer Department to help me. He was very prompt with arranging a time so that he could deal with my problem straight away. He actually logged into my computer remotely so that he could work from his office and spoke to me on the mobile whilst he dealt with it.
Eddie was very thorough. He contacted my current email host and managed to get the information that he needed so that he could transfer my emails to a more reliable email service provider. He then transferred the emails from my old provider to the new.
Now the emails are working fine and I can now access them from all of my Apple devices.
I would highly recommend Your Computer Department to sort out any IT issues or set ups. I was very impressed with Eddie's knowledge, enthusiasm and motivation to find out the problem. His approach is very friendly and accommodating.
