Please note: Much of the refurbished computers we list comes to us via a retail group which means that the computer will often have a domestic operating system licence such as Windows 7 Home Premium. While this will usually be fine for sole traders and businesses that share files from a standard workstation, it will cause some inconvenience issues for those who have a file server with an internal domain. Depending on the PC, it may be feasible to purchase a business edition licence with your PC in order to make things work more smoothly. The issues mainly surround the inability to make the computer join the server's domain which makes logging in more difficult. There are also some absent features such as folder synchronisation. Please check with us if you are unsure.

GRADES OF DAMAGE:

Grade A: Basically this is excellent condition with maybe the exception of one or two very light scratches that you probably wouldn't notice if you weren't looking for them. You should bear in mind that the majority of this stock has still been used at some point and will be likely to have some signs of slight wear.
Grade B: Slight cosmetic marks on lid, hand rest and/or the screen bezel. No breaks, cracks or dents. Screen free of blemishes and/or scratches (dead pixels nonwithstanding). Fully tested working order.
Grade C: This grade reflects more damage. It might be a deep scratch to a facia panel or maybe a crack across some plastic trim. However, although the cosmetics of the machine may be less than perfect, the actual operation of the machine won't be affected and it will still carry a warranty to this effect.

Warranties are specified against each section of the stock list. We only trade with businesses and all invoices must be raised against a business name and address. All warranties comply with business to business sales legislation.
