hard drive is formatted correctly, installed with
a legitimate copy of your Microsoft
Windows operating system, and all upgrades, updates
& service packs are applied. We'll install any programs
such as Microsoft Office, Autoroute, Sage Accounts etc
that were present on your old computer.
We will recover
computer data from your old hard
drive wherever possible and migrate this to your new
installation. We have specialist tools that help us to
find data on corrupt systems so 95% of the time a faulty
hard drive doesn't mean a total data loss.

If your computer is behaving oddly then
you need to be very careful. Virus and spyware infections
will compromise your computer system. Some are worse than
others but some of the worst ones can be completely invisible
and simply monitor
your keyboard and relay everything you type to an
external source. Imagine that! - You're typing your credit
card details into a web site and someone is tracking your
every move and now has your credit card details!
If you think you may have a virus then you should shut
down your
computer and give us a call. The less you do with
your computer, the less damage the virus can cause.

A virus
infected computer doesn't always mean a total re-installation.
Some viruses can be quickly & safely removed.
However, for those stubborn little blighters, we'll ensure
that we rescue as much data
from your computer as possible prior to repairing

computer or just to simply take the computer back
and dispose of it yourself. We will respect the decision
